Großflächige Zerstörung des Werks bei Bombenangriffen auf München

Wiederaufbau des Werks in München

Übernahme des Unternehmens von Dr. Burkhart Grob, Sohn des Gründers Ernst Grob

Gründung des ersten Auslandswerks B. GROB do Brasil S.A. in São Paulo (Brasilien)

Gründung des zweiten deutschen Werks in Mindelheim1968

Verlagerung des Firmensitzes nach Mindelheim und Schließung des Werks in München
