Based on modular machining centers and custom-designed turnkey systems, we create flexible manufacturing solutions for the series production of a wide variety of components. These include, among others, cylinder blocks, crankcases, transmission cases, as well as chassis and structural components such as control arms, wheel carriers, and much more.
Turnkey Production Lines
The customer system shown here is a highly efficient GROB production line for performing tasks on gearbox and clutch housings.
As part of this turnkey project, GROB designed and manufactured the machining centers as well as the entire automation system in-house. The linear gantry can be configured as an I-loader or an H-loader. It features one or two vertical axes per carriage.
